NetRacer is made to be played in the browser. Sign in with Google, pick a driver name, and your first clean lap is a verified time on the world ladder. No install, no launcher, and nothing to buy.

NetRacer runs on a deterministic physics engine that the server re-drives to verify every lap, and the browser version is being built to run that same engine at full speed with nothing to download. When it opens, the button here starts the game. Join the Discord and you will be the first to know, and you can help shape it before it lands.

Open the page, and you are one sign-in away from a verified lap on the world ladder. Nothing to download, nothing to buy, and no account beyond a Google sign-in that we ask a single thing of.
1. Sign in with Google
One click, and no form. We ask Google for a single sign-in identifier and nothing else: never your email, your name or your photo. That identifier is all your driver number, your medals and your records are attached to.
2. Pick your driver name
Choose the name that sits on the board next to your times. You pick it once and it is yours. That is the whole sign-up: no email to confirm, no password to remember.
3. Drive, and you are on the board
Your first clean lap is a verified time on the world ladder. From then on the main menu shows where you stand: your place in the world, your medals, and the records you hold.

Every verified time earns its place. Your world rank is one number made from the medals you hold and the records you own, and it is the first thing the game shows you each time you open it.

The browser is the quick way in. The desktop build for Windows and Linux does more: host your own servers, build tracks in Blender, and race on a LAN with no internet at all. Same game, same physics, same ladder.
